Are you enjoying the Summer, or is it a bit too hot for your taste?
As the saying goes- “if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen”. Instead, we suggest venturing to the closest liquor store for a bottle of Belle. Head home to your air conditioned abode, and mix yourself up one of our favorite thirst quenching Belle cocktails.

The Bloody Belle
- 2 oz. Belle Vodka
- 4 oz. Tomato Juice
- 2 dashes of Tobasco Sauce
- 2 tsp. Horseradish
- 2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 pinch Celery Salt
- 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
- 1 pinch Smoked Paprika
- Juice of 1 Lime Wedge
- Juice of 1 Lemon Wedge
Pour celery salt onto a plate. Use the lime wedge to make the rim of your glass sticky, and then roll the rim of your glass in the celery salt. Fill glass with ice and then set aside. Squeeze your lemon and lime wedge into a cocktail shaker, and then drop them in. Add the remaining ingredients and a little ice, then shake gently to combine. Strain mixture into the glass you prepared. Garnish with your favorite Bloody Belle fixings and enjoy!
The Morning Belle
- 3 oz. Orange Juice
- 1 oz. Belle Vodka
- Your Favorite Champagne to fill
- Orange Peel Twist
Pour the orange juice into a champagne flute. Add the vodka, then top with your champagne. Garnish with the orange peel twist, and voila!
The Dirty Belle
- 6 oz. Belle Vodka
- 1 dash Dry Vermouth
- 1 oz. Brine from Olive Jar
- 4 Stuffed Green Olives
In a mixing glass, combine Belle Vodka, dry vermouth and brine. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Put olives on skewer and use as garnish. Enjoy!
A Belle in Moscow
- 1.5 oz. Belle Vodka
- .5 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 Cup Ginger Beer
- 1 Lime Wedge (for garnish)
- Ice Cubes
Pour Belle Vodka and lime juice into a (copper) mug. Add ice cubes and ginger beer, and stir to combine. Garnish edge of mug with lime wedge. Enjoy responsibly!
The Belle Breeze
- 1.5 oz Belle Vodka
- 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup of ice
- Lime Wedge (for garnish)
Combine Belle Vodka, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, and ice in a highball glass. Stir. Garnish with lime, and then bask in the Belle Breeze!
